Teach L.A.'s Kids

Teachers are instrumental in educating Los Angeles students about the importance of keeping our rivers, creeks and ocean free of pollution. These lessons teach our kids how to protect LA’s local waters and inspire them to become lifelong stewards of the environment. In an effort to support teachers, the Watershed Protection Program has developed clean water classroom materials and a teachers’ packet. In addition, we have collected a list of interactive opportunities throughout Los Angeles County, where children can engage in hands-on learning.
