Volume 3 - Stormwater and Urban Runoff Facilities Plan

The Stormwater Facilities Plan describes the City’s existing stormwater collection system and identifies the stormwater infrastructure needs for the next 25 years. Building on significant previous stormwater infrastructure planning efforts, the Facilities Plan evaluates studies, plans, projects, and programs using a "Three-Legged-Stool" approach that integrates water quality, water supply, and flood protection. The existing Capital Improvement Plan and future recommendations have been combined to create a comprehensive stormwater improvement plan.
