Volume 2 - Wastewater Facilities Plan

This Volume takes a comprehensive look at each of the City’s water reclamation plants. It describes current conditions and flows, estimates future flows and recommends upgrades to address future needs at each plant. A climate risk assessment study was conducted to identify upgrades to reduce system disruption and increase climate resiliency. Biosolids management is also addressed in this Volume.
A 60-page Executive Summary at the beginning of the Volume provides a good overview of this detailed plan.
