Missed Collection

If one or more of your blue, black, green or brown containers was not serviced/emptied, or if a scheduled service request was not completed, please call the LASAN Customer Care Center at 1-800-773-2489.  Please indicate which color container was not serviced when calling or submitting your request.

You may also send your Missed Collection/Service Not Completed Service Request by clicking on the Service Request Form to the right. Please complete the entire Service Request Form and click the Submit button.
