Loading Port Tunnel and Concrete Slab Reconstruction (Completed) 
C.L.A.R.T.S. is now operating at full capacity. We have completed the process of improving the loading port tunnel roof and tipping floor at the Central Los Angeles Recycling and Transfer Station (CLARTS). This improvement was conducted in four phases so as to minimize the disruption to the normal operation of the facility. Work began mid February 2010 and was completed around mid August 2010.
