In order to download the RFP you must have a log in name and password from the Los Angeles Business Assistance Virtual Network (LABAVN).

If you don’t have a login name and password, you may obtain one by registering with the LABAVN using the following link:

If you already have a login name and password you may download a specific RFP using the following link below, selecting the RFP that you would like to download, and logging into the site using the "Please log in" link located at the lower right-hand corner of the page or the "Login" button at the top of the page.
