 AB939 Waste Reduction

AB939 requires that all jurisdictions within the state meet solid waste diversion goals to lower our dependence on landfills and encourage the expansion of recycling programs. The City and private sector have implemented a number of innovative source reduction, recycling, composting, and reuse programs to help meet these goals.
