The City of Los Angeles provides multifamily residential buildings, such as apartments, assistance in disposing of bulky items.
On July 31, 2007, Ordinance No. 179070, amending Section 66.41, of Article 6.1, of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, by adding Subsection (c) “Multi-Family Bulky Item Fee Collection.

Place the items at the curbside, the evening before the scheduled pick up. You can call for bulky item pick up anytime, the service is unlimited.
