The City of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works is proposing to expand its existing Bulky Item Collection Program to include residents of apartments with 5 or more units per building. Tenants and property owners of such apartments would be able to call the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Sanitation Customer Service Center or 311 to schedule a collection date for disposal of their bulky items, which would then be collected by the Bureau.
