Significant Industrial Users (SIUs): Non Categorical

The non-categorical IUs that meet any one of the following criteria are designated as Significant Industrial Users.

1. Are subject to Federal reporting requirements in addition to the City local limits.
2. Are not Categorical Industrial Users but discharge an average of 25,000 gallons or more per day of process wastewater. These SIUs are designated as non-categorical significant industrial users (NSIUs) and are subject only to City's local limits or,
3. Have the potential to adversely impact the POTW operations. These IUs may be subject to special limits and restrictions in addition to the City local limits and are also classified as NSIUs
