Customers may qualify for the DWP Lifeline rate, to have their Sewer Service Charge (SSC)
reduced and their Solid Resources Fee (SRF) eliminated.
Customers must apply by getting a form from the City Clerk titled "Utility User's Tax Exemption/Electric
& Water Lifeline Rate Application". Fill in, sign and submit the completed application to the City Clerk at:
