Riverdale Avenue Green Street Project

A bioswale at the Riverdale Avenue Green Street Project. This is the first Green Street project completed in the City.     Board of Public Works Commissioner Paula Daniels, Bureau of Sanitation Director Enrique C. Zaldivar, Bureau of Sanitation Landscape Architect Deborah Deets and Bureau of Sanitation Assistant Director Adel Hagekhalil     City Engineer Gary Lee Moore, Board of Public Works Commissioner Paula Daniels and Bureau of Sanitation Director Enrique C. Zaldivar.

City Council President Eric Garcetti, whose District 13 is where the project is located, gives some remarks.     Trying to stay cool on a warm day in Los Angeles, Public Works staff, representatives from the environmental community and the neighborhood came out to celebrate.
