Bureau of Sanition

Bureau of Sanitation hosted a delegation from the City of Caborca, Sonora, Mexico on August 16-17, 2011. The delegation visited Sunshine Canyon Landfill and the Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant and met with City officials, including the Mayor’s Office, City Councilmembers and Public Works Commissioners.

Zaldivar and Assistant Directors Alex Helou, Varouj Abkian, Adel Hagekhalil and BOS staff with members of the Caborca delegation at the Sanitation Executive Office.  The group visited the Sunshine Canyon Landfill where they met with representatives and toured the facility.  A group shot at the Japanese Gardens in Van Nuys.
